Google's refund policy applies to all eBooks purchased through East West.

Google eBooks are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if there are technical problems with the book. Example issues would include:

• The ebook never appeared in your Google Account.
• The ebook was missing pages
• Pages in the ebook were out of order, or otherwise unreadable
• The ebook suffered from significant typographical or other errors
• The ebook contained a different book than advertised
• The ebook was lacking illustrations from the print edition, and/or an Adobe Digital Editions download, and the lack of this information was not spelled out in the ‘Product Details’ section of the product page.

Google eBooks are not eligible for a refund for reasons of customer error or confusion.  Example issues:

• Customer purchased the Google eBook into the wrong Google Account.
• Customer purchased the Google eBook expecting to be able to use it with an Amazon Kindle.
• Customer purchased the wrong ebook.
• Customer was not satisfied with the Google eBook experience (no technical problems, just didn’t like it).
