Ananda Yoga is a great way to improve your overall health, mental clarity, vitality and concentration. Through its focus on integrating breathing and affirmations with the yoga postures, Ananda Yoga better enables the flow of energy and emotions, as well as deepening your meditation. To achieve a deeper level of  calmness, relaxation and mindfulness, a short guided meditation at the end of every class will bring you to a greater sense of overall wellbeing on all levels: body, mind, and spirit.

All ages and abilities are welcome, and postures are modified to use chairs or props for those who need them.

Divya Love Lori Wise is an Ananda Yoga Instructor and a natural channel of Divine Love and Light. She infuses the vibration of self-Love and Love for All into her classes and workshops. Using pranayama, asanas, affirmations, and meditation to spark the remembrance of our divine origin, Divya holds space for you to connect ever more deeply with your Higher Self, facilitating higher consciousness and awareness.

Divya is a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner and owner/founder of Wise Yoga where she offers private lessons and Therapeutic yoga, as well as yoga & exercise for various senior centers throughout the south bay area. Additionally, she teaches Gentle, Restorative, and Yoga Fundamentals at Ananda Yoga Studio in Palo Alto.

Divya enjoys balancing a thriving yoga business with ample amounts of traveling, hiking, backpacking, camping, reading, writing, drawing, and hugging trees.
